Lake Tyler Petroleum Club Marina

The Lake Tyler Petroleum Club Marina is located on 38 acre pristine wooded peninsula enjoying many vistas and views of beautiful Lake Tyler. The marina lies in a protective cove with deep water and quick access the main lake. The marina at present is comprised of day docks, boat launch, ample parking and 28 enclosed boat slips The boat houses are on piers with electric hoist in each slip. Each slip has an overhead door with electric door opener. The slips will accommodate boats up to 28'. The boat houses also provide for ski and other water toy storage. The slips vary in width from 9'-11'. Long range plans will allow for additional boat slips and larger boats. Restrooms are available 24/7 via a member key.

Terms and prices for the slips are;

Lease term:                    two year minimum

Rental rate:                    $250 per month + Lake Tyler fees

$3,000 annually (5%) discount

Services included :        Electricity, maintenance, grounds care
